Masala Horlicks Oats Biscuits
Horlicks Oats Masala Biscuits is a healthier version of biscuits for those who like spicy things. Try it you will savour each bite of it.
Horlicks Oats 1 ½ cup
Ajwain (saunf) ½ tea spoon
Garam Masala Powder 1 tea spoon
Oil as required
Chaat Masala Powder 1 tea spoon
Butter (cubes) 5 number
Salt to taste
Grind Horlicks oats to a fine powder and transfer to a bowl.
Now add butter, ajwain, chaat masala powder, garam masala powder, salt (to taste) to the same bowl and mix well.
Use the mixture to prepare the dough by adding water in small quantities.
Roll the dough into thick rotis and use a cookie cutter cut them into biscuits of your desired shapes and sizes.
Finally, deep fry the biscuits till they turn slightly golden brown in color, transfer to a plate and remove excess oil.
Masala Horlicks Oats Biscuits are now ready to serve.
